Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Laravel Developer

with a strong foundation in PHP and Laravel, and hands-on experience with the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, architecture, and maintenance of robust web applications, while also contributing to frontend and backend development across Laravel and MERN-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Laravel and MERN stack.
Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Mentor junior developers and help guide technical decisions within the team.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–8+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Strong proficiency in Laravel/PHP framework and its ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful API development.
Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
Familiarity with frontend tools such as Webpack, Babel, Sass, etc.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Good understanding of Docker, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Heroku is a plus
