Senior Laravel Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7–8 years of proven experience in the SaaS industry to take full ownership of the technical direction and execution of our large-scale SaaS product. You will work hands-on with modern technologies while leading the architecture, development, and optimization of the platform to ensure it remains fast, scalable, and bug-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of the SaaS platform.
• Architect, develop, and maintain core features using Laravel, Next.js, and React.
• Design and manage a scalable, secure AWS architecture.
• Identify and resolve product performance issues, UI/UX glitches, and bugs proactively.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, timely releases.
• Drive best coding practices, maintain clean architecture, and ensure technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with a problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–8 years of experience in the SaaS industry, with a strong track record in product development and leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, Next.js, and React.
• Expertise in AWS cloud architecture (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Solid understanding of scalable system design, performance optimization, and application security.
• Database optimization skills (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide developers and align technical goals with business needs.

Nice to Have

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

· Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

Job Timings: 4pm to 12am (Evening Shift)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹462,162.80 - ₹1,537,016.55 per year
