Senior Laravel Developer

As a Senior Laravel Developer at our company, you will be utilizing your backend development skills and 3-5 years of experience to work on various projects. You should possess expertise in Laravel, MongoDB, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include developing backend logic, APIs, and managing deployments on cloud servers. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel. - Build and manage RESTful APIs for web and mobile platforms. - Work on Node.js based services and integrations when necessary. - Design database schemas and manage data using MongoDB and MySQL. - Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, S3, and RDS. - Monitor and optimize application performance and server health. - Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and documentation. - Collaborate with project managers and frontend developers for end-to-end solutions. - Handle bug fixes, upgrades, and troubleshoot production issues. - Lead backend development tasks and provide guidance to junior developers. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Laravel and PHP development. - Proficiency in MongoDB including schema design, queries, and performance tuning. - Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture and implementation. - Basic to intermediate experience with Node.js for backend services or integrations. - Proficiency in server-side scripting and cloud deployment, preferably with AWS. - Familiarity with Git version control and development workflows. - Good understanding of server and database security best practices. - Strong analytical and debugging skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Nice to Have: - Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools. - Familiarity with API authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth. - Background in scalable microservices architecture.
