Job Title: Senior Java Developer Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 8+ Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a strong background in enterprise-grade software development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java (11+), Spring Boot, Microservices , and a solid grasp of cloud-native development , along with front-end capabilities in React or Angular . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs . Build, deploy, and maintain microservices in distributed systems with a strong understanding of event-driven architecture . Optimize database access and queries across JPA, Hibernate, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL . Collaborate with frontend developers using React or Angular , and implement responsive UIs leveraging HTML, CSS3, Tailwind . Integrate and deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS preferred). Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions , or AWS DevOps . Work with Managed Kubernetes services like EKS, AKS, or GKE for container orchestration. Apply principles of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) where appropriate. Ensure high code quality through best practices, optimization, and peer reviews. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies , including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor and support applications in production environments. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). 8+ years of professional experience in Java application development. Strong knowledge of Java 11+ , including Streams, Lambdas, and Functional Programming. Deep understanding of Spring Framework , Spring Boot , and RESTful service design. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable). Hands-on experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, MQ, Event Buses). Frontend development skills in React or Angular . Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams with regular iterations and feedback. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
