Job Title: Senior Java Developer (Team Lead) Experience: 8+ Years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot , and AWS . The ideal candidate should also have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team . This role involves both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive project success and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Core Java and Spring Boot. Work on cloud-based applications using AWS services. Lead a team of developers, assign tasks, perform code reviews, and guide them technically. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs. Help maintain code quality and automation of processes. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in Java development . Strong expertise in Core Java and Advanced Java . Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. Experience working on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.). At least 2 years of experience in leading a development team . Solid understanding of software engineering best practices. Good communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is a plus.
