Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, secure backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Build and maintain interactive, high-performance UI components using React.js (or Angular) and other modern frontend technologies.
• Lead technical discussions on system design, data modeling, and architecture improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full stack.
• Implement unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold best coding practices.
• Optimize performance and ensure security compliance across applications.

Required Skills

• Backend: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful API development.
• Frontend: Strong experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Version Control & Build Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle.
• DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployments on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Security & Optimization: Knowledge of authentication (OAuth2/JWT), security principles, and performance tuning.
• MERN Stack Knowledge: Hands-on with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js for end-to-end development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–9 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
