We are looking for an experienced technical expert with 4-6 years of software development experience to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will possess deep development expertise (preferably in Java), strong architectural skills, and proven ability to design and implement complex systems.  

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable Java applications 
• Architect and implement middleware/API solutions 
• Create optimized database schemas and data models 
• Design efficient technical processes and workflows 
• Solve complex technical challenges independently 
• Maintain high code quality standards through reviews and best practices 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions   

Technical Competencies

• 8-10 years of professional software development experience 
• Expert-level proficiency, preferably in Java and related frameworks 
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms 
• Deep understanding of object-oriented analysis and design 
• Proficiency with design patterns and their practical applications 
• Extensive experience with middleware and API development 
• Strong database design and data modeling skills 
• Self-motivated approach to learning new technologies 
• Proven ability to handle complex functional systems
