Job Summary : Wissen Technology is hiring a Senior Java Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, distributed systems, and microservices architecture, along with leadership experience.  

Experience: 8 -13 Years 

Location: Bengaluru   

Mode of Work: Full time  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance Java applications.  
  
• Translate complex client problems into simple, scalable technical solutions.  
  
• Break down business requirements into actionable tasks and drive execution.  
  
• Mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and development speed.  
  
• Own architectural decisions, design discussions, and ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices.  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery.  
  
• Maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.  
  
• Explore and implement new technologies to improve productivity and product quality.  
  

Requirements:  

• 8 13 years of hands-on Java development experience, including team leadership and technical delivery.  
  
• Strong experience in building complex products/applications and distributed systems from scratch.  
  
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, Java internals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.  
  
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.  
  
• Proven ability to design and deliver high-performance systems.  
  
• Exposure to RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).  
  
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.  
  
• Strong communication and project ownership abilities.  
  

Good To Have Sk ills:  

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or other top-tier institutions.  
  
• Prior recognitions, awards, or rapid growth within previous organizations.  
  
• Ability to deliver in fast-paced environments without compromising quality.
