Face-to-Face (F2F) the Role :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team at Watsoo.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java technologies and hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and enterprise solutions.
• Build and deploy scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and test environment issues.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java (Java 8+) and J2EE technologies.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Core.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Java fundamentals.
• Proven experience working on greenfield (from scratch) projects.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience in writing unit tests using JUnit.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Good understanding of database integration and version control tools (preferably Git).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in agile development environments.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
