Senior Java Developer ( Full-time at a Fortune 500 tech MNC )

JD:

Strong Hands-on experience in developing JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot Framework applications, any ESB or middleware tool, Restful APIs.

Strong understanding of microservice & API architecture.

Strong knowledge on Spring WebFlux Reactive Programming.

Strong experience in Java 8.

Strong API designing experience using Swagger OAS.

Must have good knowledge on various design principles, coding best practices and coding standards.

Must have been involved in multiple end to end project life-cycle like requirement analysis of both functional requirement and non-functional requirements, API design, API development, unit and integration testing, production releases and support.

Strong hands-on experience on API security elements like Authentication, Authorization, Rate Limiting, etc. and tokens like JWT.

Good experience with test frameworks like Junit.

Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Working knowledge in deployment and maintenance of APIs on platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or any cloud technology like AWS.

Must have good knowledge in code repository like GIT, Jenkins, Maven, other DevOps tools, etc.

Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical challenges during project delivery.

Strong debugging skills including socket or response timeout issues, connection issues, etc.

Must have done code reviews, test case reviews and ensuring code developed meets the requirements/standards.

Experience in performance tuning of the applications.

Good verbal and written communication.

Mule experience in API. (If not, then candidate should be ready to learn Mule as candidate may need to work on Mule APIs.)

Good understanding of monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Good to have requirements:

Good knowledge on Java 17.

Good understanding of RAML.

Understanding of various AWS components like EC2, ECS, ECR, EKS, Lambda etc.

Experience with JMS, MQ.

Involvement in various POC, Automation and process improvements.

Working experience in Agile methodology, knowledge on JIRA and Confluence.

Banking Domain knowledge.
