Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter Client & Account Management, RPO Hiring Location: [Insert Location] Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, working closely with key clients to understand their talent needs and deliver top-tier candidates. As an expert in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) hiring and with a strong background in account and client management, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving recruitment strategies, and managing high-volume hiring demands for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Client and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matters. Understand client requirements, business needs, and organizational culture to deliver highly tailored talent acquisition strategies. Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, pipeline management, and offer strategies. Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify key hiring priorities and drive effective recruitment strategies. Manage client expectations and ensure recruitment services are in line with SLAs and KPIs. End-to-End IT Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment for various IT positions, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Network Engineers, System Administrators, and other technical roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates using a range of techniques, including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet technical requirements and cultural fit for clients. Manage job requisitions, candidate pipelines, and coordinate interview schedules. RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing): Oversee the delivery of recruitment services in an RPO capacity, ensuring smooth execution of the recruitment process. Work closely with clients to manage and execute recruitment strategies in alignment with their objectives. Establish and maintain recruitment metrics, ensuring consistent and measurable success across all campaigns. Deliver regular reports to clients and internal teams, tracking key performance indicators, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other success metrics. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, assist in writing job descriptions, and align on the best approach for sourcing talent. Provide market insights and advice to clients on talent availability, trends, and salary benchmarking. Offer a consultative approach to clients regarding industry best practices in recruitment, candidate engagement, and retention. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in IT recruitment, talent acquisition technology, and recruitment best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, methodologies, and candidate experience. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience (4+ years) in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of working in client-facing roles and handling large-scale or high-volume recruitment campaigns. Experience managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements, with a deep understanding of client requirements and the ability to drive recruitment strategies. Strong account and client management skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of IT roles, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and work with both clients and candidates. Knowledge of recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). A strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
