Job Description:
As a Senior IT Infra Engineer at Kinara Capital, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to support the company's operational and developmental needs. You will work closely with various teams to ensure systems are running efficiently and securely. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and leveraging new technologies to enhance our infrastructure. You will also be involved in planning for the future growth of our IT systems and ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements. - Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues. - Manage and optimize cloud services and on-premise resources. - Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. - Develop and document operational procedures and best practices. - Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role. - Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewall configurations, and DNS architecture. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). - Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and Windows) and server management. - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Server+) are a plus.
