Senior IT Executive

Position : SR. IT Executive / IT Support Engineer

Location: Jaipur site (Pacific Mall, Jaipur)

Key Details:

Qualification & Experience:

• Any Graduate, IT/Computer Science or Diploma in IT/Hardware & Networking.
• 5 -10 years of relevant IT support/IT executive experience (preferably in real estate, retail, malls, or corporate offices).

• Responsibilities:

  End-user IT support, network & system maintenance, vendor coordination, IT asset management, support for biometric/CCTV/EPABX systems, and documentation.

• Skills Required:

  Windows OS, O365, MS Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

• Qualification & Experience:

  Any Graduate / Diploma in IT/Computer Science, 510 years relevant experience (preferably in real estate, retail, malls, or corporate offices).

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for end users, including troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and security patches.
• Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi,Fiber, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement, installation, and AMC support.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support biometric systems, CCTV, EPABX, and other IT-related infrastructure at the site.
• Handle escalations and provide timely resolution for user issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of IT setups, configurations, and issue logs.
• Provide remote support coordination with Head Office IT team when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, O365 ,MS Office, Share Point,One Drive, and networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, user account management, and email configuration (Outlook/Office 365).
