Marketing & Promotions Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans in line with mall objectives. Conceptualize and implement ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to drive footfall and revenue. Coordinate seasonal, festive, and thematic promotions to enhance customer engagement. 2. Event Management & Retailtainment Plan and manage mall events, exhibitions, and activations. Liaise with event agencies, vendors, and production teams for seamless execution. Ensure events align with brand guidelines and deliver high-quality visitor experiences. 3. Tenant Coordination Engage with retail tenants for joint marketing initiatives and co-branding opportunities. Drive participation in mall-wide campaigns and sales promotions. Collect tenant feedback and track campaign ROI. 4. Digital & Social Media Marketing Support the creation of engaging content for social media platforms. Coordinate influencer collaborations and digital campaigns. Monitor performance metrics and suggest optimizations. 5. Partnerships & Sponsorships Identify and negotiate with brands for sponsorships and collaborations. Build community partnerships to increase mall visibility. 6. Market Research & Reporting Track competitor activities and industry trends. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, footfall analysis, and budget utilization. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in retail/mall/event marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media & digital marketing tools. Manage electrical projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Coordinate MEP team (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
