Senior IT Data Analyst – Power BI / Power Platform

IT Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and build

  data models

  from various sources (ERP, CRM, SQL, APIs, etc.) to the front-end.
• Perform

  data extraction, cleaning, and transformation

  to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Develop

  Power BI dashboards and reports

  with advanced features such as Power Query (M Language), DAX calculations, workspaces, permissions, and dynamic RLS.
• Design and implement

  custom tools using Power Apps & Power Automate

  to streamline business processes.
• Manage

  ETL processes and data warehousing

  , with hands-on experience in

  Snowflake

  preferred.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements, define KPIs, and deliver meaningful

  statistical and financial insights

  (indicators, metrics, ratios, etc.).
• Ensure

  high-quality visuals and data storytelling

  for decision-making.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve BI solutions and optimize data-driven business processes.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least

  5+ years in BI and Power Platform

  solutions.
• Proven expertise in

  Power BI

  (data transformation, data modeling, DAX, permissions, RLS, advanced visualizations).
• Experience with

  Power Apps & Power Automate

  (designing and implementing business-specific solutions).
• Strong knowledge of

  ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehouses

  (Snowflake a plus).
• Hands-on experience with

  financial data analysis

  .
• Strong understanding of

  statistical indicators, KPIs, metrics, and ratios

  for business use cases.
• Wide experience working with multiple

  data sources

  (ERP, CRM, SQL databases, APIs, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business partners.

• Proactive mindset

  with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
