Position overview:

Key responsibilities:

Manage escalations of complex issues
Partner with technology teams to create comprehensive change plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and communications strategies.
Prioritize changes according to business requirements and in line with business objectives
Identify and manage risks associated with changes
Authorize changes based on risk assessment and alignment to the organizations goals
Monitor and reinforce adherence to the Change Policy
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate efficiency of the change enablement process
Analyze change enablement data and identify area for improvement
Drive continuous optimization of change enablement processes
Mentor other team members in appropriate process, technology, practice and procedures

Functional competencies:

Expertise in change enablement
Strong knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
Proficient in change enablement tools and software
General knowledge of project management
Expert analytical skills
Ability to solve complex problems, taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in change enablement
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
ITIL or other relevant certifications
