Position: Senior Interior Designer Location: Urbanmistrii Studio, South Delhi Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About Urbanmistrii: Urbanmistrii is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio based in South Delhi. With 8+ years of industry experience, we specialize in creating transformative residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces that blend creativity with functionality. Our design philosophy centers around storytelling, spatial balance, and timeless aesthetics. Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a refined design sensibility, strong project management skills, and a collaborative attitude. You will lead design projects from concept to completion, guide junior designers, and liaise directly with clients, vendors, and consultants. Key Responsibilities: Lead interior design projects (residential and commercial) from concept through execution. Develop and present mood boards, conceptual layouts, and 3D visualizations. Create and review detailed working drawings (GFCs) and BOQs. Collaborate with architects, structural and MEP consultants to ensure cohesive design integration. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and execution phase. Supervise and mentor junior interior designers and interns. Stay updated with material trends, sustainable solutions, and innovative design practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in interior design project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit or 3Ds Max is a plus. Strong aesthetic sense, with a portfolio demonstrating high-end residential or commercial interiors. Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
