Job Title: Senior Interior Designer We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team in Attibele, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on diverse projects, including residential and commercial spaces. You will work closely with clients, designers, and project managers to bring innovative design concepts to life. Key Responsibilities: Design Conceptualization: Develop creative, functional design concepts that align with client needs, budgets, and timelines. Space Planning: Create optimized layouts while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and safety standards. Material Selection: Choose materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that reflect the design vision. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their preferences and ensure high satisfaction throughout the process. 3D Visualizations & Drawings: Create detailed 2D/3D designs in SketchUp, CAD, and presentations to communicate ideas clearly. Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget project execution. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers and team members, providing support on projects. Site Supervision: Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure quality execution. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh ideas to projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Experience: 3 - 5 years in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, contractors, and team members. Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects. Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection. Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively address design and construction challenges on-site.
