Senior Interior Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, client-handling ability, leadership qualities, and deep knowledge of materials, detailing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Concept Development

• Lead the development of design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.
• Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp & Enscape.
• Guide junior designers on concept development and design accuracy.

Client & Project Management

• Independently handle client meetings and project discussions.
• Understand client needs, space requirements, and deliver customized design solutions.
• Present design proposals and incorporate feedback effectively.

Site Execution & Coordination

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing as per design.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material selection and execution.
• Monitor timelines and resolve design/technical issues on-site.

Technical & Material Expertise

• Prepare BOQs, costing sheets, and material specifications.
• Ensure detailed drawings and technical documents are accurate.
• Stay updated with new materials, trends, and industry standards.

Team Leadership

• Supervise junior designers and provide design direction and reviews.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and mentor team members.
• Maintain workflow efficiency and high design quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Enscape.
• Excellent understanding of materials, detailing, and execution.
• Strong communication and client-presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
• Leadership skills and team-handling experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
