Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Gurugram. The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects, plan layouts, and create design concepts tailored to client specifications. Daily responsibilities include overseeing space planning, developing detailed construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E), collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Mentorship of junior team members and maintaining high standards of design innovation are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Space Planning, Interior Design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
• Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to translate concepts into precise technical documentation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and client engagement skills to ensure delivery of tailored design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is essential.
• Relevant years of professional experience and a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field are required.
• Experience in the Gurugram or NCR market is an advantage, including knowledge of local suppliers and design trends.
