Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, supervising quality control, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The Site Supervisor will also communicate with clients and the project management team to provide updates and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, site supervision, and project coordination
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate schedules effectively
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site daily in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in interior design projects is an added advantage
