Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of luxury residential interiors.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3D renders that reflect luxury standards.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and transform ideas into exceptional designs.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and in-house teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining design quality and project budgets.
• Select premium materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that reflect luxury aesthetics.
• Supervise site execution to maintain detailing and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
  

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential work.
• Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, etc.).
• Strong eye for aesthetics, detailing, and luxury finishes.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and project management skills.
  

Work Schedule
