Job Summary:

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion.
• Manage all phases including conceptualization, space planning, design development, and execution.
• Ensure the project is aligned with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

1. Client Coordination:

• Conduct client meetings to understand needs, preferences, and feedback.
• Present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

1. Team Management:

• Guide and mentor junior designers and interns.
• Allocate design responsibilities and ensure quality control.

1. Design & Technical Expertise:

• Prepare and review working drawings, 3D visualizations, and BOQs.
• Ensure proper selection of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations.

1. Site Coordination:

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other consultants to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed high-end interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. (Knowledge of Revit or 3DS Max is a plus.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and smart design practices.
• Experience working with international clients or global sourcing (if applicable).
