Senior Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Concept Development & Design Ideation
• Develop unique and high-end interior concepts, focusing on luxury feature walls, accent furniture, and artistic elements.
• Conduct research on global design trends, materials, and finishes to create fresh and innovative concepts.
• Work closely with the founder and design team to develop a strong creative vision for each project.
• Translate client briefs into high-quality mood boards, sketches, and 3D renders.
• Design Execution & Technical Drawings
• Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings using software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, and Enscape.
• Develop precise AutoCAD drawings for production teams and fabricators.
• Ensure design feasibility by collaborating with the technical and production teams.
• Material & Finish Selection
• Select and recommend luxury materials, including glass, stone, metal, veneer, and textiles.
• Ensure material selection aligns with AMHs brand aesthetic and budget constraints.
• Work with vendors to source high-quality materials and unique finishes.
• Collaboration &Client Presentations
• Prepare client presentations with photorealistic renderings and material boards.
• Work closely with marketing to develop design-led storytelling for product launches.
• Participate in client meetings to explain design concepts and gather feedback.
• Design Innovation & R&D
• Explore new digital techniques such as parametric design and AI-assisted rendering.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in luxury interiors and integrate them into AMHs portfolio.
• Experiment with layered textures, 3D surface treatments, and interactive lighting elements.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Expertise in digital design tools AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator.

2. Deep understanding of luxury materials – glass, stone, veneer, metal, and textile applications.

3. Awareness of international luxury interior trends and their adaptation to local markets.

4. Technical feasibility knowledge – translating conceptual designs into manufacturable products.

5. Strong understanding of lighting design and its impact on aesthetics.

Skills:
