Job Description

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Manage the execution of luxury feature walls, accent furniture, and interior projects from concept to installation. Work closely with the design team to translate creative ideas into technically feasible plans. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow. Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, tracking progress and resolving bottlenecks. Ensure all materials, finishes, and detailing are aligned with AMHs high-end design standards. Technical Drawings & Documentation Prepare and review technical drawings, 3D models, and AutoCAD layouts for precision and feasibility. Create BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and production drawings for vendors. Ensure compliance with safety, structural, and quality regulations in all project designs. Conduct regular QC checks on prototypes and final production pieces. Budget & Cost Control Work with the finance team to track project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures while maintaining design integrity. Approve vendor quotations, ensuring value for money. Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers during the execution phase. Provide clients with technical insights and solutions while keeping them updated on project progress. Work closely with the marketing team to create presentations and reports for clients. Site Supervision & Installation Conduct pre-installation site visits to check alignment with design requirements. Supervise installation teams, ensuring accurate execution as per design specifications. Troubleshoot on-site challenges related to dimensions, material fitting, and aesthetics. Document before-and-after photos of installations for records and client approvals. Innovation & Process Improvement Explore new materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques to enhance AMHs product offerings. Work on R&D for new design solutions, integrating technology like smart lighting or modular structures. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in production and installation. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Knowledge: 1. Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Revit for technical drawings and modeling. 2. Knowledge of materials and finishes used in luxury interior design, including glass, metal, stone, and custom furniture. 3. Understanding of construction techniques, including joinery, metal fabrication, and installation methods. 4. Experience with BOQs, cost estimation, and project scheduling. 5. Familiarity with structural and safety regulations in high-end interior projects. 6. Knowledge of site coordination and vendor management. Skills: 1. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across teams. 2. Technical Design: Expertise in creating and interpreting technical drawings for production and installation. 3. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design and execution issues quickly. 4. Budgeting & Cost Control: Experience in optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards. 5. Time Management: Ability to handle tight deadlines and ensure on-time project delivery. 6. Attention to Detail: Ensuring perfection in execution, from design approval to final installation. 7. Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to lead installation teams, liaise with vendors, and coordinate with designers.
