Job Description

dynamic and design-driven Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
architectural and interior design
of HouseEazys in-house office spaces — from concept to completion.
Design, plan, and visualize layouts, working drawings, and 3D renders using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure design integrity, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
Engage with HouseEazy home buyers
to understand their design aspirations, recommend suitable themes, and offer interior execution strategies aligned with their property.
Oversee end-to-end project execution - from material selection and procurement to site supervision and handover.
Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and brand aesthetics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project execution, or interior design.
Proven exposure to
commercial interiors
; experience in
residential interior projects
is a strong plus.
Strong design sensibility, visualization, and project management capabilities.
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-interfacing abilities.
