About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist who can drive and support enterprise-level solutions integrating TIBCO and PTC Windchill systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building and managing workflows around change and document management while ensuring seamless integration with ERP and PLM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration workflows between TIBCO and PTC Windchill (ESI).
• Manage and optimize Change Management and Document Management processes in Windchill.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integration interfaces using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Info*Engine, and related technologies.
• Work on XML/JSON mappings, OData consumption, and SOAP/REST API integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ERP (SAP, Oracle) teams to deliver end-to-end integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD setup for integration deployments.
• Ensure best practices in configuration management and integration code versioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with TIBCO tools (BusinessWorks, EMS, etc.) and Windchill ESI.
• Solid foundation in Info*Engine, web services (SOAP/REST), and data mapping (XML/OData).
• Proficiency in Java programming for integration logic and customization.
• Experience in integrating with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
