Senior Instructional Designer

As a Senior Instructional Designer with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for independently handling all core instructional design tasks assigned to you. You will be required to carry out instructional design tasks for both complex and simple project/solution types. To excel in this role, you must possess the following knowledge and skills: - Demonstrated ability to work independently throughout the end-to-end instructional design process. - Proficiency in content analysis, design, storyboarding, scripting, and visualization. - Ability to ensure effective page-level instructional design in alignment with relevant multimedia principles. - Proficient in written and verbal English language communication, along with strong interpersonal skills. - Sound understanding of learning theories and models, with the capability to apply them effectively during solutioning. - Strong interpersonal skills enabling confident and comfortable interactions with individuals from diverse countries, cultures, and functions within the team.
