This is a remote position.
Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior INOW Functional Tester with strong experience in the Insurance domain, specifically Claims processing, to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end functional testing of INOW applications, validating workflows, integrations, and business rules within the Claims lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and functional specifications related to Claims processes
  • Design and execute comprehensive functional test cases in INOW
  • Validate Claims-related workflows, data mapping, and rules configuration
  • Perform system, integration, and regression testing for INOW applications
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of testing progress, defects, and risks
  • Support UAT and assist in issue reproduction and root cause analysis
  • Participate in sprint planning and QA estimation activities

    Required Skills:
    • Strong functional testing experience in INOW (Innovation Group\u2019s Insurance Platform)
    • Solid understanding of Claims lifecycle in Casualty and E&S Causalty insurance
    • Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and defect management
    • Good understanding of policy-claims integration, business rules, and workflows in INOW
    • Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Zephyr
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills

      Preferred Skills:
      • Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Java) is a plus
