Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Recruiter for Canada in a full-time, remote role. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, specializing in IT and technical roles. Core responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting top technical talent to meet client requirements, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications. The role also involves collaborating with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a streamlined hiring process. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term satisfaction for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Need to work in EST time zone in remote mode
• Proficient in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Hiring processes
• Strong expertise in Technical Recruitment and Recruiting strategies for technical positions
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored staffing solutions
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proven track record in sourcing diverse talent pools and meeting recruitment goals
• Experience in the Canadian job market and knowledge of employment regulations is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
