About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team! This role involves gather business requirements, process mapping, design solutions and system functionalities, being involved in implementation phase, conduct tests, run workshops and trainings.

✅ Key Requirements:

Experience: 4+years in Implementation

Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi

Technical Expertise: Implement CRM Software

Client Engagement: Ability to gather and analyze client requirements

Industry Exposure: Preferably from the B2B software or tech industry

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed

A strong communicator and problem-solver

Tech-savvy with experience in software or product implementations

Comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams

Self-motivated, organized, and willing to be on-site daily
