Senior IAM Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior IAM Engineer specializing in SailPoint, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation, management, and enhancement of identity and access management (IAM) solutions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Designing and executing SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to oversee user access and identity governance effectively. - Collaborating with different business units to evaluate IAM requirements and define necessary solutions. - Developing and implementing identity workflows, policies, and processes utilizing SailPoint technology. - Ensuring ongoing compliance with security policies and regulatory standards by monitoring and maintaining IAM systems. - Conducting audits and assessments to evaluate the efficiency of IAM processes and systems. - Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and issues related to IAM promptly. - Integrating SailPoint with various security and enterprise applications seamlessly. - Establishing and managing multi-factor authentication solutions to enhance security measures. - Providing technical support and guidance to fellow IAM team members. - Documenting IAM architectures, processes, and procedures meticulously. - Participating in disaster recovery and business continuity planning concerning IAM systems. - Keeping abreast of the latest IAM trends, best practices, and technological advancements. - Regularly communicating with stakeholders to update them on IAM initiatives and performance metrics. - Performing routine system updates and enhancements for SailPoint solutions. - Assisting in user training and awareness programs pertaining to IAM practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a specific focus on SailPoint. - Profound knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles. - Familiarity with IAM frameworks and standards like NIST and ISO 27001. - Proficiency in the deployment of SailPoint solutions, preferably IdentityNow. - Experience in integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications. - Basic understanding of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript. - Demonstrated capability to analyze complex IAM issues and propose effective solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management capabilities. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of database technologies and SQL. - Exposure to authentication protocols like SAML and OAuth. - Understanding of cloud-based IAM solutions and architectures. - Any relevant certifications in IAM or SailPoint products would be advantageous. - Previous experience in working with security compliance frameworks would be beneficial.,
