Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Human Resources & Office Administrator. The responsibilities include managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, facilitating communication, and maintaining office administration. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing recruitment processes, and handling customer service-related HR tasks. Qualifications Prior experience in a Senior HR role, preferably in logistics or a related industry Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies skills Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Customer Service skills and a strong understanding of employee relations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations Show more Show less
