Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Office Administrator located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Office Administrator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, communication, HR policies, and office administration. The role involves maintaining HR records, coordinating employee benefits, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role also involves management of day to day office operations including supplies, equipment & facilities. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees & visitors; also providing administrative support to the management teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources & Office Administration
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field
