The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including recruitment, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and conducting training and development programs. The role also involves handling employee leaves & benefits, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and ensuring a positive work environment.
