Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Planning:

  Design and oversee HR strategies aligned with organizational growth and transformation goals.

• Leadership Advisory:

  Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and HR teams on people strategy and organizational development.

• Team Leadership:

  Set clear objectives for the HR team, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Process Automation:

  Collaborate with the Technology team to digitize and streamline manual HR processes.

• Performance Management:

  Lead appraisal cycles, annual reviews, and drive performance-focused people management practices.

• Compliance & Audits:

  Ensure adherence to HR policies through regular audits and stay updated on labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Benefits Administration:

  Oversee timely and accurate processing of Mediclaim, PF, and Gratuity payouts.

• Employee Engagement & Branding:

  Elevate employee experience through innovative engagement initiatives and strengthen employer branding.

• HR Analytics:

  Support the team in building dashboards and analyzing data related to payroll, performance, and productivity.

• Organizational Development:

  Drive change management, business excellence, and transformation through robust HR processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and people skills with a natural ability to connect across all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data-driven decision-making.
• Skilled in policy development, team management, and organizational planning.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to manage dynamic situations with grace and professionalism.
