Senior Human Resource Executive

We are hiring for Sr. HR Executive

Experience - 1-5 Years

Location - Noida

Skill Set - Query resolution, Ticket handling, Onboarding, Induction.

1. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations. Your primary focus is to be part of HR Shared Services Team and to manage day to day transaction in Helpdesk and HRIS system.

• Managing helpdesk and provide resolution to the queries within the given SLA.

• Managing the HR mailbox and reverting back to the queries with appropriate resolution raised by other HR's with defined SLA.

• Managing the regular communications to be sent within the company from HR desk.

• Managing Onboarding queries post joining and induction.

• Reaching out to technical team for HRIS related concerns and get them resolved.

• Managing the Payroll related queries as first point of contact and further escalate to the Payroll SPOC.

• Closely working with team to manage and suggest the new improvements and enhancements within the system and process.

• In addition, you will also be expected to support the rest of the team in their tasks as required, and in particular at peak times. 2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Exceptional levels of attention to detail whilst working with high volume.

• Excellent knowledge of core MS Office packages, in particular Excel. You will be able to demonstrate experience of producing analysis through a range of Excel tools and models

• You will ideally have experience of HRIS and Helpdesk.

• Team player who wants to support the team to meet shared goals and targets.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services.

• Flexible approach and able to priorities own work.

• Approachable and professional with a can-do attitude

• Excellent spoken and written English.
