Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make informed hiring decisions. Optimizing onboarding frameworks to enhance efficiency. Revamping appraisal processes to ensure accuracy and fairness. Utilizing tracking systems to maintain precise employee attendance data. Coordinating activities between the company and external vendors. Supervising daily HR activities. Promote employee engagement and morale through initiatives such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Maintaining accurate and complete payroll records, including time sheets, pay stubs, and other relevant documents. Retaining payroll records for the required period as per local regulations(PF,ESIC,Bonus,LWF ) HRIS & Data Management. Exit Formality and Full & Final Settlement.
Candidate must be Graduate & MBA with HR Specialization
Must be from Logistics & Ecommerce Industry
Having more than 3 Yrs+ exp in the HRBP/Ops HR domain
