Job Description

Position Name Senior Associate [HR] Location Kolkata No. of positions 1 Minimum Qualification Graduate [Any Discipline] Preferred Qualification Postgraduate qualification / Diploma in Human Resource Management or MSW or equivalent (including equivalent ODL qualification as approved by UGC/ Government of India) will be an added advantage. Minimum Experience (in yrs) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR operations, employee relations, compliance or healthcare coordination (Preference shall be given to candidates from Sales Driven Industry) Age in years (max.) 45 yrs Salary 5 Lakhs (approx, negotiable) Roles & Responsibility Key Responsibilities of the Incumbent shall be : 1. Hospital Liaison & Health Services Management a) Assist in hospital tie-ups, rate negotiations, and credit/admission letter issuance. b) Follow up with hospitals for OPD appointments. c) Coordinate annual health check-up communications and logistics. d) Organize health camps and wellness sessions in coordination with empanelled hospitals and clinics. 2. Attendance & Leave Management a) Oversee attendance management of Medical Advisors at HO. b) Regularize employee attendance and leaves on the backend system as per approvals. c) Manage service delivery and maintenance coordination of biometric attendance systems. 3. Employee Engagement a) Prepare an annual engagement calendar. b) Act as the engagement lead for RHR-ER and ensure one engagement activity is conducted monthly across HO, G&L, and CFS locations. c) Shall assists the senior Team Members of RHR-ER during the Foundation day and other important special activities, by shoulderi ng important responsibilities. 4. MIS & Reporting a) Compile and share MIS reports from both HRC units with CHRD in a timely and accurate manner. 5. Vendor & Bill Processing a) Process miscellaneous RHR-ER bills and payment vouchers. b) Ensure timely clearance of vendor payments, especially MSME vendors, in compliance with payment norms. 6. Compliance & Coordination a) Ensure compliance-related tasks at the Head Office are completed in a timely manner. b) Liaise with external authorities (e.g., State Government offices, Police departments) as per direction of the RHR-ER Head. 7. Any other task as assigned from time to time.
