Senior Human Resource Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Hiring

• Post the JD on digital platforms including websites; collect and present the received interests to the hiring manger
• Engage with Sophrosynes official recruitment partner for new job openings
• Responsible for timely engagement with the candidates on scheduling interviews, communicating hiring decisions

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Responsible for coordinating with Finance, Payroll and IT to ensure the seamless onboarding and offboarding of the employees
• Prepare the offer letter, appraisal letter and relieving letter
• Vet and maintain documents submitted by new joiners

Employee Engagement

• Quarterly conduct a formal survey on eNPS and identify any pain-points and opportunities of improving employee morale
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities (e.g. office celebration, off-sites etc.) for Bangalore site
• Maintain the training curriculum and collaterals; explore relevant courses on e-learning platforms

HR Policies & Processess

• Maintain the employee master including payroll data (bank details, PAN, UAN etc.) of the employees
• Be on point or any queries from employees related to HR policies & processes
• Engage with Zoho support team for any glitches in the tool and any new workflows to be designed (in coordination with IT team)
• Stay up-do-date on labour law changes and highlight to leadership any adjustment required in the HR policy

Preferred candidate profile

Must-have Requirements

• Bachelor degree (BBA/BA etc ) with Human Resources specialisation
• 24 years in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or HR generalist roles
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong Email & communication skills

Good-to-have Requirements

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
• Familiarly with one of the HRMS platform (preferably Zoho)
• Experience working in a startup, MSME or a recruitment agency
