Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain local and global HR data and workflow administration in HR information systems.
Collaborate with various IT / HR teams to understand flow of data, enhance monitoring,
and analyze improvements for intercompany / inter departmental transfers / where needed.
Workday -supporting HR Business Partners, facilitate mass data uploads, assign Workday
security roles, create supervisory organizations, implement data integrity protocols and documentation to support audit compliance, risk mitigation, data privacy etc
Provide functional support for other HR systems including assessing system capabilities/utilization, resolving issues and overseeing day-to-day activities.
Provide Workday support day-to-day for Processing New joiner Profiles,
Change Job Actions, Terminations etc.
