Senior HR Solutions Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Solutions Analyst at our company, you will provide primary support for the employee lifecycle and HR work globally as part of a global HR Solutions team. Your responsibilities will include handling diverse and confidential activities that require a strong affinity for working in HR systems and a general-to-advanced knowledge of policies and procedures in all areas within Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong partnerships with HR stakeholders such as HR Managers, Rewards Partner, and Talent Acquisition teams - Act as an intermediary with other HR teams by having a general knowledge of HR operations, policies, and processes - Facilitate resolutions to moderately complex problems and escalations, communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner - Focus on bringing consistency and efficiency to global and regional transitions - Provide project management support, lead special projects/transitions, and support feasibility studies, impact analysis, and cross-divisional projects - Facilitate talent activities such as Resume Vetting, Interview scheduling, candidate reimbursement, and support various HR managers with document preparation and communication related to new hires, probation periods, service anniversaries, etc. - Support Germany related activities including Anti-terror screening, preparing Invitation letters, and other processes - Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all HR documentation and provide support for New Hire Orientation Qualifications: - Bachelor's/master's degree - 5 to 6 years of HRA experience - Strong technical aptitude using human resources information systems like Workday, ServiceNow - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Quick learner with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong interpersonal and communication skills Additional Company Details: Momentive is a premier global advanced materials company with a focus on silicones and specialty products.
