HR Recruiter – IT Staffing

Location: Indore (On-site)

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Industry: IT Staffing and Consulting

Preference: Candidates with experience in staffing agencies or recruitment consultancies

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for roles including Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and

other technical profiles

Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards (Naukri, Shine, Monster), and

internal databases

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with both clients and candidates

Maintain timely and professional communication to ensure a positive candidate experience

Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines

Stay updated on hiring trends, technology stacks, and competitive recruitment strategies

Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT staffing or consulting domain

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring lifecycle

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills

Experience working on multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet recruitment targetsWhat We Offer
