Location : Arumakkam (Work from Home) Hybrid 5 years Experience in Recruitment Preferred Contact : 7418014590 / hrptifabrication@gmail.com We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand for our company. Roles & Responsibilities Design and update job descriptions. Source potential candidates through various online channels. Craft engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Conduct interviews and assess candidates. Collaborate with managers to identify current and future hiring needs. Perform document verification for selected candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Required Skills Strong decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques. Ability to conduct training and development sessions. Strong management and leadership qualities. Sound judgment in candidate evaluation and selection. Qualifications Any degree with specialization in HR. Languages Required English & Tamil Hindi (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,405.20 - ₹49,159.36 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
