Senior HR Manager – International B2B Sales Recruitment

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Senior HR Manager who can take full ownership of recruitment for international B2B sales professionals. In addition to talent acquisition, the ideal candidate will play a key role in developing the company’s internal process structure and operational hierarchy, helping establish clear workflows and team organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for international B2B sales roles
• Source and hire candidates capable of handling exports and willing to travel to the US for business
• Work closely with management to design and implement a structured operational process hierarchy, including workflows, reporting lines, and team structures
• Maintain applicant tracking, onboarding records, and recruitment performance data
• Ensure all HR and recruitment activities are carried out professionally and efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–6 years of HR experience in sales recruitment or international hiring and checking the candidates intellectual level..
• Familiarity with B2B sales and export business functions
• Experience or interest in building organizational systems and operational structures
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and people assessment skills
• Highly organized, independent, and process-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HR sourcing: 3 years (Preferred)
