Job Description

As an HR Manager at our facilities management company in Trivandrum, Anayara, you will play a crucial role in managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and maintaining positive employee relations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Recruitment:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles in housekeeping, security, maintenance, technical, and admin. - Collaborate with operations teams to determine workforce needs. - Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels. - Conduct background checks and complete documentation for new hires. - Maintain recruitment databases and MIS for tracking purposes. - **Labour Cases & Employee Relations:** - Address and resolve labour grievances in adherence to legal requirements. - Work with legal advisors and labour officials for dispute resolutions. - Represent the company in conciliation meetings and labor court proceedings when necessary. - Foster a culture of discipline and positive employee relations. - Conduct regular employee meetings to address concerns and reinforce compliance standards. - **Statutory Compliance:** - Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory laws. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors to meet statutory obligations. - Manage inspections and audits by labor department, ESI, PF officers. - Timely submission of returns and maintenance of registers. - Keep management informed of any changes in labor laws impacting business operations. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Thorough understanding of Indian Labor Laws and Kerala-specific regulations. - Proficiency in statutory compliance platforms like Shram Suvidha Portal, EPFO/ESIC portals. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. - Proficient in Malayalam and English (written and verbal). - Ability to handle field recruitment and resolve grievances on-site. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. In addition to the responsibilities, you will be part of a leading facilities management company in Kerala that focuses on delivering exceptional housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical services to various establishments.
