Key Responsibilities

• *HR Strategy and Planning:* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• *Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:* Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
• *Employee Relations and Engagement:* Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and promote a culture of engagement and motivation.
• *Performance Management:* Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• *Training and Development:* Organize training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• *Compliance and Risk Management:* Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• *Education:* Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• *Experience:* 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• *Skills:* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• *Certifications:* Relevant HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or HRMP, are desirable.
