Senior HR Executive

Key Requirements

  • Qualification:

    Any Graduation / MBA / MSW

  • Experience:

    5–7 years in HR (L&D + Generalist functions preferred)

  • Languages:

    Kannada –

    Mandatory

Technical Skills

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Leave & Attendance Management
  • HRMS (preferably

    PocketHRMS

    )
  • Learning & Development: Designing, implementing & evaluating training programs
  • Benefits & Payroll Administration
  • Employee Relations & Compliance (Factory exposure is a plus)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • HRMS Operations (PocketHRMS) – Data integrity, support & compliance
  • L&D initiatives: Training need identification, design & evaluation
  • Payroll & Benefits administration
  • Employee relations: Exit interviews, grievance handling, investigations
  • Compliance with labor laws & statutory norms
  • Supporting organizational HR core functions at the org level
