Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the data base of the employees

  • Issuing offer and appointment letter

  • Generating monthly reports on Recruitment and Attrition

  • Checking the punctuality/ Biometric norms of all the staff

  • Responsible for all statutory related matters

  • Salary Advance Tracker Maintenance

  • Probationary Assessment/ Annual Performance Appraisal Process

  • Preparing all correspondence letters

  • Filling and managing the data of the employees

  • Handling statutory compliences and monthly ESI, PF & PT

  • Going to PF, ESI office and bank as and when required.

  • Counseling and Grievance handling of the Employees

  • Helping in Organizing Interviews, Joining Formalities, Induction, Orientation, Biometric Updating

  • Credentialing and Privileging - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of employment documents and enable credentialing and privileging of the personnel as laid in the organization roles.
