Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Stantec, you will play a crucial role in providing people management support to our managers. You will be a strong relationship builder with the ability to engage with managers and employees, influencing them to achieve key business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include business partnering, advising senior management on employment legislation, serving as the first point of contact for high-level HR matters, and partnering with different business units to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting HR induction programs, assisting in performance management reviews, and managing the Performance management system. Additionally, you will oversee remuneration, employee relations, succession planning, workforce wellbeing, and development, as well as support the implementation of HR strategies and projects to keep the workforce engaged and motivated. The ideal candidate for this role will have 15+ years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner with a Masters degree in Human Resource. You should have a proven track record in implementing HR policies and procedures, handling HR business partner roles independently, and experience in employee engagement, performance management, and onboarding activities. Strong strategic thinking, innovation capability, and operational HR experience at the middle management level are essential for this position. You will be based in India, Pune, and will work in a full-time capacity. Travel is not required for this role.
